The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is launching very soon, but I know you guys just can’t wait! Today, I’ve got the exact replicas of the S25, the S25 Plus, and the S25 Ultra right here. But that’s not all—I’ll also be sharing the confirmed leaks and rumors about all the phones, plus one more phone that might launch alongside them. So yeah, hit that like button, stick around till the end, and let’s dive right in!

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications:
First Look at the S25 Series
Let me show you all three phones. This is how the S25 looks, this one is the S25 Plus, and this… this is the S25 Ultra in all its glory! Let’s start with the Ultra first because, well, it’s the star of the show.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Design That Feels Just Right
We’ve got the titanium blue color here, and at first glance, you might not see much difference compared to the S24 Ultra. The button placement, the S Pen, and the ports are pretty much the same. But when you look closely, there are some subtle yet super meaningful changes.
First up, the sides and edges. The sides are now flat, and the edges are rounded. This makes the phone feel so much better in your hand. No more pinky pain or discomfort in your palm if you’re someone who uses their phone a lot. And since the sides are flat, the phone’s width is slightly reduced, making it easier to hold. But wait… the display is actually bigger this time because the bezels are thinner. Cool, right?
Now, about the display itself—it’s going to have the same M13 AMOLED panel as the S24 Ultra, with the same resolution, refresh rate, and anti-glare coating. Honestly, I was hoping for the latest M14 panel they’re using on the iPhone 16 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro, but nope, rumors are super strong about sticking with the M13.
Camera Upgrades You’ll Love
The camera module doesn’t look different, but the specs? Oh, they’ve got upgrades! The ultra-wide camera gets a major boost to 50 megapixels, which is a big jump from the 12MP on the S24 Ultra. The 3x telephoto sensor is still 10MP, but it’s a bigger sensor now, so it’ll capture more light and detail.
And hey, Samsung’s also using Grade 5 titanium this time. This makes the phone thinner and 13 grams lighter while still packing the same 5,000mAh battery. Yeah, I know, we were all hoping for a silicon-carbon battery, but it’s not happening this time. Same goes for charging speeds—still 45W wired charging, but now there’s support for faster 25W G2 wireless charging, which is pretty nice.
Oh, and let’s talk colors. There are a bunch of new ones like titanium black, gray, gold, silver, and blue, and maybe even a jet black color. Rumors are all over the place, though, so we’ll see what actually launches.
What’s Inside the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra?
On the inside, you’ll get the obvious stuff: the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, UFS 4.1 storage, and the same S Pen with all its features. But there’s one unexpected change—the higher storage variants now come with 16GB of RAM instead of 12GB. Pretty sweet, right?
Oh, and there’s also a rumor about satellite connectivity, but it might be limited to the US, just like the iPhone. So yeah, don’t expect much from that.
The S25 and S25 Plus: What’s New?
Now let’s talk about the S25 and S25 Plus. Design-wise, nothing’s changing, but they’ll be slightly thinner this time. And just like the Ultra, they’ll have some new color options.
There are no changes to the camera specs or display, but both models will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. Bye-bye Exynos, and I’m sure a lot of users will be happy about that. Battery life and charging speeds will also stay the same, but yep, you’ll get the G2 wireless charging support here too.
Software: One UI 7 Out of the Box
All the S25 phones will come with One UI 7, which is a major upgrade over One UI 6. Some of the highlights include:
- New app icons and a redesigned Quick Settings menu
- A vertical app drawer—finally!
- Smoother animations
- A revamped camera app that’s easier to use
But hey, I’m hoping Samsung adds more AI features so other smartphone makers can get some fresh ideas.
The Wild Card: Galaxy S25 Slim
There’s one more thing—rumors are super strong about a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Slim. This phone is supposed to compete with the iPhone 17 Air and will be crazy thin at just 7mm. To give you an idea, that’s as thin as the iPhone 6!
It’ll have the same display size as the S25 Plus, with a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide, and 50MP telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom. And yeah, it’ll also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy with a 5,000mAh battery, which is pretty impressive for a thin phone.
Price and Launch Date
The Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch on January 22, and the prices will be the same as the S24 series. That’s great news if you’re worried about price hikes.
