• You don’t know how to sew? Use tape to easily temporarily shorten the hem of your pants, skirts, jackets, and dresses.

  • Spray hairspray on tights before wearing to prevent tearing.

  • If you don’t have a lint roller, use masking tape by dabbing the lint spots on your clothes with the sticky side of the tape.

  • For the perfect rolled-up sleeve, fold down your unbuttoned shirt sleeve until the bottom of your wrist is just above your elbow. Then roll up and fold over the sleeve of the shirt, but remember to leave the cuffs slightly open for visibility.

  • If you run out of liquid eyeliner, use mascara! Dip the angled makeup brush into the mascara wand and apply it to your eyelids as you would a liquid eyeliner.

  • To deodorize sneakers, leave some orange, lemon, or grapefruit zest inside overnight and remove before wearing.

  • Clean your diamond engagement ring by soaking it in a small bowl with one part hand soapy water and three parts warm water. Leave it on for about 15 minutes, rinse it with water, then wipe it off with a towel.

  • For a better hold, spray hairspray before running it through your hair.

  • Always wash swimsuits by hand and do not put them in the washing machine. Rinse with cold water after use, then soak in a tub filled with water and a small amount of detergent. Never squeeze out the water, but lay it flat on a dry towel to dry.

  • For the perfect nail polish, apply mineral oil to the cuticles of your nails with a cotton swab, and you will no longer have messy fingers.

  • When shopping for evening wear, bring clothing/underwear so you can visualize exactly what the outfit will look like.

  • For a longer-lasting scent, apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the skin in the areas where you will be spraying the perfume.

  • Don’t wear the same white shirt and t-shirt over and over, as they often get old very quickly after frequent washing, so make sure you have a few you can wear to your shoulders.

  • If you find nice pants, buy them in a variety of colors. There’s nothing wrong with collecting essentials in the right wardrobe for you!

  • Never underestimate the power of a scarf. It’s one of the easiest things to get over the basic t-shirt and change your look.

  • If you want a mixed print look, be sure to pair large prints with smaller prints.

  • If you run out of shaving cream, you can use a hair conditioner or shower gel. They can do the same job as shaving cream!

  • If it doesn’t fit the dressing room, don’t buy it! Don’t try to convince yourself that miracles will happen to you (when and if) you lose/gain that weight. 23. Watch out for the off-season! Just because an item is on sale doesn’t mean it’s good. Buy smart and think twice before going to checkout.

  • Every woman should have these coats in her wardrobe:

  • classic jackets, denim jackets, utility jackets, biker leather jackets, tailored black coats, light jackets, and tweed jackets.

  •  Change clothes to fit.

  •  To tame frizzy hair, spray a small amount of hairspray on a toothbrush, then use it to comb through your curls.

  • Invest in wardrobe basics, not seasonal trends. There’s nothing wrong with splurging on a little black dress that you can wear over and over, or a pair of jeans that flatter your figure.

  • Handle your designer bags and shoes with care, avoid taking them out in the rain and always store them in a dustproof bag/box.

  • To thicken your lashes, apply a coat of mascara, then use a cotton swab to apply baby powder to your lashes, apply another coat of mascara and curl your lashes with an eyelash curler.
